Project Overview:

Our company was contracted to design, fabricate, and erect a steel grid structure for a state-of-the-art cement factory in Turkey. The implementation of a steel grid system was chosen to optimize structural integrity, enhance durability, and accommodate the expansive spans required in industrial operations.​

Scope of Work:

Our responsibilities encompassed the comprehensive development of the steel grid structure, including:​

  • Fabrication: Utilizing advanced CNC machinery and technological tools in our state-of-the-art fabrication facility to produce precise and high-quality steel components.​
  • Construction and Erection: Managing the on-site assembly and erection of the steel grid structure, coordinating with other contractors to ensure adherence to project timelines and safety protocols.​

  • Steel Grid System: A spatially arranged lattice grid structure designed to support the roof of the main production workshop without intermediate columns.
  • High-Precision Fabrication: All nodes and pipes were prefabricated in-house using CNC cutting, robotic welding, and automated painting systems to ensure accuracy and durability.
  • Modular Assembly: Prefabricated modules were assembled on-site with bolted connections, reducing construction time and improving safety.
